At the request of Kellax Foods Ltd., Westpac Banking Corporation hereby give notice that on the 14th day of March 1989, it appointed Bryan Nories Kensington and Alan James Cunningham, chartered accountants, whose office is care of Arthur Young, National Mutual Centre, 37–41 Shortland Street, Auckland (P.O. Box 2146), as receivers and managers of all the assets of the above company under the power contained in an instrument dated the 21st day of July 1988, being a debenture from Kellax Foods Ltd. to Westpac Banking Corporation.

(in statutory receivership) and Equiticorp Holdings Ltd. (in statutory receivership).

Pursuant to Sections 346 (1) and 348 (8) of the Companies Act 1955

Farrow Finance Ltd. with reference to Timaru City Mall Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 27th day of February 1989, they appointed Peter William Young and Spencer William Bullen, both chartered accountants of 78 Worcester Street, Christchurch, jointly and severally as receivers of the income of the land of the company charged by the said memorandum of mortgage dated the 22nd day of August 1988, with all and every power conferred upon the receivers of the income of the land under the provisions of the said memorandum of mortgage.
