The official assignee has reported to the High Court the results of the first meetings of creditors and contributories of the above-named companies as regards the nomination of a liquidator.

Notice is hereby given that the Court has fixed Wednesday, the 5th day of April 1989 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon at the High Court at Auckland, for the consideration of such reports and that the Court will make such orders as to the appointment of a liquidator as it may think fit.
