Notice of Resolution of Members Voluntary Winding Up

Notice is hereby given that by a duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company on the 10th day of March 1989, the following special resolution was passed by the company:

"That declaration of solvency having been filed in accordance with section 274 (2) of the Companies Act 1955, the company be wound up voluntarily and Colin Gordon Powell, be appointed liquidator."

Notice is hereby given that at a special general meeting of the company held on the 10th day of March 1989, the following special resolutions were passed:

1. That the company be wound up voluntarily.

2. That K. A. Boler, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator of the company and that he be advised forthwith of his appointment.

3. That the remuneration of the liquidator for such services be for time necessarily occupied on the liquidation and be made in accordance with the recommendations of professional charges of the New Zealand Society of Accountants.
