The above mentioned S.O. Plan 11388, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Invercargill.

Land Acquired for Sewage Treatment Works in Southland County

Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager of the Department of Lands, Invercargill declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for sewage treatment works and shall vest in The Southland County Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.
