Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland, hereby gives notice that on the 2nd day of March 1989, it appointed Kim Scott Thompson and Grahame Jeffrey Wood, both of Hamilton, chartered accountants, whose offices are at the offices of Messrs Ernst & Whinney, Chartered Accountants, Hugh Monckton Trust Building, 73 Rostrevor Street, Hamilton, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the property of the company pursuant to powers contained in a debenture dated the 8th day of March 1985. The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertakings and all its real and personal property and all assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1955

DFC New Zealand Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington, with reference to Californian Foods Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 2nd day of March 1989, it appointed Anthony George Lewis and Stephen John Tubbs, both of Christchurch, chartered accountants, whose offices are at the firm of Messrs Coopers & Lybrand, 208 Oxford Terrace, Christchurch, to be receivers and managers of all the undertaking property and assets of this company charged by a certain debenture dated the 22nd day of August 1988 and given by this company to DFC New Zealand Ltd.

The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its property and assets, wheresoever and whatsoever, situate both present and future, including its uncalled capital and called but unpaid capital.

Ngaere Anne Bottcher of Waihou, widow, hereby gives notice that on the 24th day of February 1989, she appointed Bruce Edward McCallum of Eureka, real estate agent, receiver of the property of Drum Machinery & Engineering Export Company Ltd., under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 23rd day of February 1989, issued by Drum Machinery & Engineering Export Company Ltd., in favour of Ngaere Anne Bottcher.
