John Charles Welch, M.B., Ch.B., is appointed to a commission on a Special Medical Engagement in the rank of Squadron Leader, with seniority from 3 March 1985 and effect from 25 November 1988; terminating on 28 August 1991.

Gordon Goodwin, M.B., Ch.B., is appointed to a commission on a fixed engagement of 3 years in the rank of Flight Lieutenant, with seniority from 7 December 1981 and effect from 9 March 1987.
