Harbours Act 1950

Notice of Approval of Bylaw Amendment

I, Philip Tosswill Edmond Woollaston, Minister of Conservation, pursuant to section 165 of the Harbours Act 1950, hereby give approval to Amendment No. 1 of the Auckland City Council and Auckland Harbour Board Joint Foreshore Control Bylaw No. 1 passed on 8 December 1988, by a special meeting of the Auckland City Council and adopted on 15 November 1988, by a special meeting of the Auckland Harbour Board, and approved by the Minister of Transport on 16 January 1989.

Extension of Commission

The commission of temporary Wing Commander W. E. Matthews is extended until 29 May 1995.

Extension of Commission and Age for Retirement

The commission and age for retirement of Squadron Leader S. J. Cotton are extended until 26 October 1996.
