In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Central Otago Meat Byproducts Ltd. (in voluntary liquidation).

The above-named company known as ‘Compro’ and trading inter alia as ‘Italian Kitchen’ and ‘N.Z. Brasserie’ at O’Connells Pavilion, Queenstown, passed a resolution for voluntary winding up on 5 December 1988.

Reconvened first meeting of creditors will be held at the Courthouse, Ballarat Street, Queenstown on Wednesday, 1 February 1989 at 10 a.m. at which an updated statement of the position of the company’s affairs will be laid before the meeting and at which nomination of a person to be the liquidator of the company will be sought.
