Advertisement of Application for Winding Up of a Company by the Court

Take notice that on the 2nd day of February 1989, an application for the winding up of Sherwood Park Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 12th day of April 1989 at 10 a.m.
