Dissolution of Company

Take notice that Akers Bros Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Gisborne, proposes to apply to the District Registrar of Companies at Gisborne for a declaration of dissolution of the company and that unless written objection is made to the Registrar of Companies at Gisborne by not later than the 31st day of March 1989, the said Registrar of Companies may dissolve the company.
