Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

Notice is hereby given that on the 8th day of February 1989, The New Zealand Guardian Trust Company Ltd. appointed Messrs Paul Richard Preston and John Anthony Waller, both chartered accountants of Auckland, as receivers and managers of the property of Guthrie Trust Group Ltd. under the powers contained in a trust deed dated the 4th day of May 1988 given by that company.

The offices of the receivers and managers are at the offices of Messrs Price Waterhouse, Chartered Accountants, Second Floor, Quay Tower, 29 Customs Street West, P.O. Box 748-JAW, Auckland.
