In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, between Southern Viking Limited a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 33 Parkhouse Road, Christchurch, Volvo parts and service agents—Plaintiff;

And—TNL Freighting Limited (in receivership) a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 60 Lunns Road, Sockburn, Christchurch, general carriers—Defendant.

Take notice that on the 14th day of December 1988, an application for the winding up of TNL Freighting Limited (in receivership) by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on the 27th day of February 1989 at 10 a.m.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.

The applicant is Southern Viking Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Messrs Brookman Stock, Solicitors, Level 13, Clarendon Tower, 78 Worcester Street, P.O. Box 322, Christchurch.
