Notice is given that by duly signed entry in the minute book of this company on the 20th day of February 1989, an extraordinary resolution was passed by the company as follows:

“That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and it is advisable to wind up and accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily.”

Accordingly a meeting of creditors of the company will be held at Canterbury Manufacturers’ Association, corner of Cambridge Terrace and Manchester Street, Christchurch, at 12 noon on the 1st day of March 1989.

Business:

1. To consider a statement of the position of the company’s affairs and list of creditors.
2. To appoint a liquidator and fix the basis of his remuneration.
