Heath of 36 Cavendish Square in the County of Middlesex, England, surgeon and William Audry Peck of 9 Old Square, Lincoln’s Inn in the same county, barrister at Law, as trustees of the Heath Estate described as follows:

6106 square metres, being parts Section 9, Hutt District and also parts of the bed of Okoutu Stream situate in Block XIV, Belmont Survey District and being the land shown marked “A”, “B”, “C” and “D” on Survey Office Plan 34587.

Dated at Wellington this 1st day of February 1989.
