Take notice that pursuant to section 140 (1) (a) and (b) of the Transport Act 1962, the No. 4 Transport District Licensing Authority (J. M. Foster), will hold an inquiry into licences No. 26649/01 and 19361, to determine whether or not the above licence no longer meets the criteria set out in section 124 of the Transport Act 1962 and/or has failed to comply with any term or condition of the said licences.

The inquiry will be held in the Hearing Room 8/4, Tribunals Division, Eighth Floor, District Court Building, Kingston Street, Auckland on 20 March 1989 commencing at 10 a.m.
