Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 11 (1) of the Animals Act 1967, the quarantine ground established at Wairake by (Notice 4370; Ag. 6/4/3/0/1), New Zealand Gazette, 19 May 1988, No. 85, page 2076, is hereby abolished.

Declaration of Class B Noxious Plants in Oroua County District Noxious Plants Authority (No. 4486; Ag 12/10/18/6)
Pursuant to section 19 of the Noxious Plants Act 1978, the Noxious Plants Council hereby declares the following plants set out in the schedule thereto to be Class B noxious plants in that part of New Zealand lying within the boundaries of Oroua County District Noxious Plants Authority.

Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988
Notice of Extension of Investigation Period
Pursuant to the provisions of section 12 (2) of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988, the Minister of Commerce hereby declares that by reason of:
(a) The complexity of the issues presented by the investigation; and
(b) The difficulty of obtaining satisfactory evidence in the investigation.
The period within which a preliminary determination may be made from the date of the initiation of the investigation pursuant to section 10 of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988 in respect of the goods described in the following Schedule shall be 90 days.
