Public Works Act 1981

Declaring Road to be Stopped in the Town of Queenstown

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, Dunedin, declares the part of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 401, folio 11.

Schedule

Otago Land District—Queenstown-Lakes District

All that piece of road containing 172 square metres, adjoining or passing through Section 19, Block IV, Town of Queenstown; as shown marked ‘A’ on S.O. Plan 22952, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Dunedin.

Dated at Dunedin this 30th day of January 1989.
