Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

The Bank of New Zealand with reference to Potential Investments Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 23rd day of November 1989, the bank appointed Peter John Morgan Taylor and Kingi Winiata Smiler, both chartered accountants, whose offices are at the offices of Ernst & Young, Chartered Accountants, BNZ Centre, 1 Wills Street, Wellington, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 22nd day of December 1988.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

UDC Finance Ltd., hereby gives notice that Christopher Campbell Carswell and David John Strack, both of Christchurch, chartered accountants, have been appointed jointly and severally to be receivers and managers of Geoff Blackburn Steel Ltd. under and by virtue of the provisions of a debenture dated the 5th day of October 1989 and given in favour of UDC Finance Ltd.

The office of the receivers is at the offices of Deloitte Haskins & Sells, 32 Oxford Terrace, Christchurch.

The property in respect of which the said receivers and managers have been appointed is all the undertaking, property and assets of the said Geoff Blackburn Steel Ltd. including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
