Declaration Revoking the Dissolution of a Society

I, Alice Keats, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, hereby declare that as it has been made to appear to me that the declaration dissolving Lions Club of Wairoa Incorporated NA. I.S. 227540, was made in error and that the declaration ought to be revoked, the said declaration is hereby revoked accordingly pursuant to section 28 (3) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.
