Explanatory Note

As a result of an amendment to the Companies Act in 1983 a company incorporated before 1 January 1984 may change its memorandum of association to have the rights, powers and privileges of a natural person and the board recommends that the company updates its memorandum accordingly. The proposed alteration has received the formal approval of the New Zealand Stock Exchange.

Evidence of the loss of the certificate of title (Marlborough Registry) described in the Schedule having been lodged with me together with a Gazette notice setting the land apart for post office purposes, notice is hereby given of my intention to dispense with production of the outstanding duplicate of the said certificate of title in terms of section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952 and to register such Gazette notice upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
