Notice of Appointment of Statutory Managers

In the matter of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1964, and in the matter of DFC New Zealand Ltd.:

The statutory managers, Donald Leroy Francis and Thomas Hughes Lloyd Davies, chartered accountants, whose offices are at Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Southpac House, 1 Victoria Street, Wellington, hereby give notice that they were appointed statutory managers of DFC New Zealand Ltd., and its subsidiaries at 8 a.m. on 3 October 1989 by the DFC New Zealand Ltd. (Statutory Management) Order 1989, made pursuant to the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1964.

General Plastics (N.Z.) Ltd.

Advice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) Ltd., pursuant to a debenture (now in its favour from General Plastics (N.Z.) Ltd., at Masterton (the “company”) bearing date the 24th day of July 1950, hereby gives notice that it has appointed Roy James Cowley, receiver and manager of the property of the company on the 27th day of November 1989, under the powers contained in the debenture.

The offices of the receiver and manager are situated at the offices of Touche Ross, Chartered Accountant, Investment Centre, corner Featherston and Ballance Streets (P.O. Box 2691), Wellington.

The property in respect of which the receiver and manager has been appointed is all the company’s undertaking and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
