The A.E. Thorpe Ltd. Bill

A.E. Thorpe Ltd. hereby gives notice that it intends to apply for leave to introduce the above-mentioned Private Bill during the present session of Parliament.

The object of the Bill is to enable A.E. Thorpe Ltd., a private company limited by shares incorporated in New Zealand under the Companies Act 1955, to be incorporated under the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia or of a State or Territory of the Commonwealth of Australia and on such incorporation to cease to be incorporated under the Companies Act 1955.

The promoter of the Bill is A.E. Thorpe Ltd.
