In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Brookman Stock Services Ltd. (in voluntary liquidation):

Notice is hereby given that having filed a declaration of solvency in compliance with section 274 of the Companies Act 1955, the following special resolution was duly passed on the 29th day of September 1989 by means of an entry in the minute book of the company pursuant to the provisions of section 362 of the Companies Act 1955:

1. That the company be wound up voluntarily.
2. That Charles Hort Levin be and is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the company and distributing the assets and may divide and vest the assets of the company as the liquidator thinks fit.
