I, Kevin John Gunn, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that as it has been made to appear to me that the Taranaki Country Music Club Incorporated Society NP. 321882, is no longer carrying on operation, the aforesaid society is hereby dissolved in pursuance of section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.

The A.E. Thorpe Ltd. Bill

A.E. Thorpe Ltd. hereby gives notice that it intends to apply for leave to introduce the above-mentioned Private Bill during the present session of Parliament.

The object of the Bill is to enable A.E. Thorpe Ltd., a private company limited by shares incorporated in New Zealand under the Companies Act 1955, to be incorporated under the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and on such incorporation to cease to be incorporated under the Companies Act 1955.

The promoter of the Bill is A.E. Thorpe Ltd.
