Notice Calling Final Meeting of Members and Creditors

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and Kristoff Heyder Publishing Ltd. and in the matter of (VI) Ltd. (in voluntary liquidation):

Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that meetings of the members and creditors of the above-named company will be held at the offices of BDO Hogg Young Cathie, Sixth Level, Clarendon Tower, Corner Oxford Terrace and Worcester Street, Christchurch at 11 a.m. on 13 December 1989.

(i) To receive and if thought fit to adopt the final accounts of the liquidator prepared pursuant to section 291 (1) of the Companies Act 1955.

(ii) To fix the remuneration to be paid to the liquidator pursuant to section 287 (i) of the Companies Act 1955.

(iii) To resolve pursuant to section 328 (i) (b) of the Companies Act 1955, how the books, accounts and documents of the company and of the liquidator are to be disposed of.

Every member or creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meetings is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not also be a member or creditor respectively.

Proxies to be used at the meetings must be lodged at the offices of BDO Hogg Young Cathie, Sixth Level, Clarendon Tower, corner Oxford Terrace and Worcester Street, Christchurch, not later than 4 o’clock in the afternoon on the 6th day of December 1989.

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the creditors of Wairakei Cartage Ltd. will be held pursuant to section 284 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, in the Committee Room, State Services Corporation, Fifth Floor, AMP Building, Cathedral Square, Christchurch on the 24th day of November 1989 at 10 o’clock in the morning, at which meeting a full statement of the position of the company’s affairs, together with a list of the creditors and the estimated amount of their claims, will be laid before the meeting and at which meeting the creditors, in pursuance of section 285 of the said Act, may nominate a person to be the liquidator of the company, and in pursuance of section 286 of the said Act, may appoint a committee of inspection.

Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidators of Trekkers Hotel Ltd. (in liquidation), which is being wound up to the Court do hereby fix the 15th day of December 1989, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
