Land Act 1948

Reservation of Land

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Conservation, with the consent of the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a Local Purpose (Community Buildings) Reserve subject to the provisions of Section 23, Reserves Act 1977.

Canterbury Land District—Waimairi District

2782 square metres, more or less, being Lot 2, D.P. 26629, situated in Block VI, Christchurch Survey District. All New Zealand Gazette, 1969, page 289 (Gazette notice 759197).

Corrigendum

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, 26 October 1989, No. 189, page 5301, amend the legal description described in the Schedule thereto from “part Section 12” to read “Section 12”.

Change of the Classification of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977 and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Auckland Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation hereby changes the classification of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a recreation reserve to a local purpose (community building) reserve, subject to the provisions of the same Act.

North Auckland Land District—Glen Eden Borough

3720 square metres, more or less, being Lot 200, D.P. 73593, situated in Block II, Titirangi Survey District. All certificate of title 31B/95. Part herein subject to a drainage easement in gross created by T 120095 together with a right of way easement over part Lot 3, D.P. 13140 created by T 318607 4.

Classification of Reserves

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Wellington Regional Conservator hereby classifies the reserves in the First Schedule hereto as recreation reserves and the reserve in the Second Schedule hereto as local purpose reserve (site for war memorial) and subject to the provisions of the said Act.
