And—New Zealand Lamps (1985) Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at care of Lawrence Anderson Buddle, Chartered Accountants, Sixth Floor, NZI House, 25 Victoria Street, Wellington and carrying on the business of lighting distributors—Defendant:

Take notice that on Wednesday, the 13th day of September 1989, an application for the winding up of New Zealand Lamps (1985) Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on Wednesday, the 22nd day of November 1989 at 10 a.m.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.

The applicant is Targetti (N.Z.) Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Messrs Jamieson Castles Gould, Solicitors, Level 9, Westpac Tower, 120 Albert Street, Auckland.
