The Bank of New Zealand with reference to Peter Angus Marine Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 27th day of October 1989, the bank appointed Richard Grant Simpson and Ronald Waiton, both chartered accountants, whose offices are at the offices of Spicer & Oppenheim, Chartered Accountants, Third Floor, CMC Building, 89 Courtenay Place, Wellington, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 20th day of January 1989.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company's undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

New Zealand Vehicle Finance Ltd., NZI Finance Ltd., NZA Securities Ltd and NZI International Acceptances Ltd., hereby gives notices that on the 26th day of October 1989, they appointed Kim Scott Thompson and Grahame Jeffrey Wood of Ernst & Young, chartered accountants, to be jointly and severally receivers and managers of the property of the above-named company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 23rd day of October 1985, being a mortgage debenture from Akeroyd Motors Ltd. to New Zealand Vehicle Finance Ltd.

The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company's undertaking, and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
