Land Taken for a Service Lane in the District of Tasman

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, I, the Most Reverend Sir Paul Alfred Reeves, the Governor-General of New Zealand, declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be taken for a service lane and vested in The Tasman District Council on the 14th day after the publication of this Proclamation in the Gazette.

Nelson Land District—Tasman District

64 square metres, situated in Block VII, Waimea Survey District, being part Lot 2, D.P. 1944; as shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 14406, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Nelson.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 27th day of October 1989.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, I, the Most Reverend Sir Paul Alfred Reeves, the Governor-General of New Zealand, declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be hereby taken for road and to be vested in The Crown on the 14th day after the date of publication of this Proclamation in the Gazette.

500 square metres, situated in Block II, Hamilton Survey District, being part Lot 3, D.P. S. 1225 and being part Allotments 21 and 53 Hamilton West Town Belt; as shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 57306, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Road Realignment in Hawke’s Bay County

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Lands, Napier, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired for road, which pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, forms part of State Highway No. 52 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the Gazette.

Situated in Block VII, Porangahau Survey District, as shown on S.O. Plan 6092, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Napier.

Road Stopped and Amalgamated in Cook County

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, Gisborne, declares the part of road described in the Schedule to be stopped, and further declares that the stopped road (now known as Section 1, S.O. 8417) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 5B/333, subject as to part to the reservations imposed by section 8 of the Coal Mines Amendment Act 1950.
