Burial and Cremation Act 1964

Disposal of Surplus Land at Awanui Cemetery

N o t i c e

Pursuant to section 21 (5) of the Burial and Cremation Act 1964, I, Helen Elizabeth Clark, Minister of Health, hereby approve the disposal by the New Plymouth City Council of the land described in the Schedule to this notice, being that part of land known as Awanui Cemetery, which is not required for cemetery purposes.

Schedule

2,682 square metres, more or less, situated in the Borough of New Plymouth, being lots 1, 2, and 3 of a Land Transfer plan, a subdivision of part lot 1, deposited plan No. 5612 being part of the land described in certificate of title, Volume 226, folio 29, Taranaki Land Registry.
