Would any party who has any property stored at the Y.M.C.A. Incorporated please make a claim in writing, including details of proof of ownership to the office of the Official Assignee, Private Bag, Hamilton, no later than the 15th day of November 1989. After that date the property will be sold as part of the property of the Y.M.C.A. Incorporated.

Notice of Order to Wind Up Company

An order for the winding up of Young Men's Christian Association of Hamilton Incorporated formerly of Pembroke Street, Hamilton, now care of the Official Assignee's Office, Hamilton, was made by the High Court at Hamilton on the 14th day of June 1989. The first meeting of creditors will be held at my office, Second Floor, 16-20 Clarence Street, Hamilton on Monday, the 6th day of November 1989 at 11 a.m.

Note: Would creditors please forward their proofs of debt as soon as possible.

Pursuant to section 2 of the Industrial and Provident Societies Amendment Act (as amended by section 2 (1) of the Industrial and Provident Societies Amendment Act 1977) the Minister of Justice hereby gives the following notice:

This notice may be cited as the Industrial and Provident Societies (Amount of Shares) Notice 1989.
The amount of $100,000 is hereby specified in respect of the societies named in the Schedule to this notice, being the amount in excess of which no member of any of the named societies shall have or claim any interest in the shares of that society.
