An Interest in Land Taken for Drainage Works in Waikato County

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, I, the Most Reverend Sir Paul Alfred Reeves, the Governor General of New Zealand, declare a right of way easement in perpetuity over the land described in the Schedule hereto, to be held appurtenant to the land described in Gazette notice H. 848784, South Auckland Land Registry, on the terms and conditions contained or implied in paragraph 1 of the Seventh Schedule of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to be hereby taken for drainage works and to be vested in The Waikato County Council on the 14th day after the date of publication of this Proclamation in the Gazette.
