Creditors Voluntary Winding Up

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Nelson-Tuam Holdings Ltd.:

Take notice that a meeting of the creditors in the above matter, will pursuant to section 284 of the above Act, be held in the boardroom, Hunter Rafe, Solicitors, Hardy Street, Nelson on the 27th day of October 1989 at 10.30 a.m., for the purposes set out in sections 284, 285 and 286 of the above Act.

Business:

(1) To consider the following extraordinary resolution for winding up passed by the above named company on the 14th day of October 1989:

"That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue in business and that it is advisable to wind up, and that the company be wound up voluntarily."

(2) To consider a statement of the position of the company’s affairs together with a list of creditors of the company and the estimated amount of their claims.

(3) To nominate a person to be liquidator for the purpose of winding up the affairs and distributing the assets of the above-named company. E. C. Dorgensen, chartered accountant of Nelson, was appointed liquidator by the members of the company.

(4) To appoint members of a committee of inspection if thought fit.
