Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that a meeting of the members of the above-named company will be held in the Boardroom, Fifth Floor of Deloitte Haskins & Sells, 32 Oxford Terrace, Christchurch, on Thursday, the 26th day of October 1989 at 2.30 p.m. for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the properties of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanations thereof by the liquidators.

Notice is hereby given that by duly signed entry in the minute book of the above named company on the 21st day of September 1989, the following special resolution was passed by the company, namely:

1. That by reason of all trading activities of the company having ceased, that the company, having filed a declaration of solvency, be wound up voluntarily.

2. That Rodney Gane Pardingon and Russell Stuart Hay, both of Auckland, chartered accountants, be and are hereby appointed joint liquidators.
