Wright Brothers Enterprises Ltd. (in liquidation)

Pursuant to Section 269 of the Companies Act 1955

Notice is hereby given that at a special general meeting of the company, duly convened and held on the 24th day of September 1989, a special resolution was duly passed:

1. That the company be wound up voluntarily.

2. That Havelock Russell Fountain of Christchurch, chartered accountant, be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the company.

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Magnum Hotels Ltd. (in liquidation):

On the 29th day of September 1989, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 268 (1) (b) and in accordance with section 362 of the Companies Act 1955, that Magnum Hotels Ltd., be wound up voluntarily and further resolved that Evan James Murdoch, chartered accountant of Oamaru, be appointed for the purposes of winding up the affairs of the company and distributing the assets.

The liquidator doth hereby fix the 2nd of October 1989, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any titles they may have to priority under section 308 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved, or, as the case may be, from objection to such distribution.

A statutory declaration of solvency was filed with the Registrar of Companies prior to the passing of the resolution.
