Notice of Special Resolution for Voluntary Winding Up
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of T L McKenzie Ltd. in voluntary liquidation; members’ winding up:
That the members of the above-named company by way of entry in the company minute book, pursuant to section 362 of the Companies Act 1955, have on the 25th day of September 1989, passed the following special resolution:
“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Ian Irving Hayward of Ketenikau Road, Whangarei, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.”

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Mavrow Holdings Ltd. (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given by a duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company on the 26th day of September 1989, the following special resolution was passed by the company:
“That a declaration of solvency having been filed in accordance with section 274 (2) of the Companies Act 1955, the company be wound up voluntarily.”
Notice is further given that the undersigned, the liquidators of Mavrow Holdings Ltd. (in liquidation) which is being wound up voluntarily, do hereby fix the 31st day of October 1989, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

“That a declaration of solvency having been filed in accordance with section 274 (2) of the Companies Act 1955, the company be wound up voluntarily.”
Notice is further given that the undersigned, the liquidator of Stephensons Truck Services Ltd. (in liquidation), which is being wound up voluntarily, does hereby fix the 12th day of October 1989, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
