Notice is hereby given that by duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company on the 26th day of September 1989, the following special resolutions of shareholders was passed, namely:

Resolved: That as the company has ceased trading that the company be wound up voluntarily.

That Graeme N. Davey of Walker Davey & Co., 118 Victoria Street, Christchurch, Chartered Accountants, be appointed as liquidator by the company pursuant to section 276 of the Companies Act 1955.
