This notice declares ACL Insurance Limited and Swann Life Insurance Limited, life insurance companies, each to be an authorised life insurance company for the purposes of the Securities Act 1978 and adds the name of each company to the Schedule to The Authorised Life Insurance Companies Notice 1989.
