Peter Alfred Walling of Tauranga, company director, hereby gives notice with reference to Power Pony Industries (N.Z.) Ltd., a company having its registered office at Tauranga, that on the 21st day of September 1989 he appointed Malcolm John Webster of Tauranga, chartered accountant, whose office is at the First Floor, Dumbarton Building, 30 Grey Street, P.O. Box 40, Tauranga, as receiver and manager of the property of the said Power Pony Industries (N.Z.) Ltd., at the request of the said Power Pony Industries (N.Z.) Ltd. and under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 4th day of October 1988.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all your undertaking and all its property both present and future (including uncalled capital, unpaid capital and goodwill) of the said Power Pony Industries (N.Z.) Ltd.
