Zealand is permitted, provided no tolls, fees or other consideration shall be received or collected by the licensee of the amateur apparatus.

8b. The licensee of amateur radio apparatus may permit persons other than qualified amateur operators to use the apparatus under direct supervision of the licensee. Under no circumstances may persons other than authorised amateur operators engage in calling or signing-off procedures, or manipulate the controls of the apparatus.
