Notice is hereby given that by a duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company on the 19th day of September 1989, the following special resolution was passed, namely:

That the company having filed a declaration of solvency in compliance with section 274 (2) of the Companies Act 1955, be wound up voluntarily and that Peter Joseph Quirke of W. C. Prosser & Son, Chartered Accountants, 7 Durham Street, Rangiora, be and he is hereby appointed liquidator and that the liquidator be empowered to distribute among the members in specie the whole of the assets of the company.
