Burbery Mortgage Finance & Savings Ltd. (in receivership) a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Christchurch, hereby gives notice that on the 8th day of September 1989 it appointed Stephen John Tubbs of Christchurch, chartered accountant, as the receiver and manager of the property of Pelon Investments Ltd., under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 22nd day of April 1983, which property consists of all the undertaking goodwill and assets relating to the operation of the business carried on by the said Pelon Investments Ltd.
