Land in Taumarunui County Acquired for Limited Access Road (SH No. 4)

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Solicitor of the Department of Lands, Wellington, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

Road Realignment in Whakatane District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager of the Department of Lands, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Whakatane District Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the piece of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.

Road Realignment in Rotorua District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Rotorua District Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to section 117, declares the stopped road firstly described in the Second Schedule to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
