Land Acquired for Road in the City of Manukau

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Manager, Department of Lands at Auckland, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Manukau City Council on the 22nd day of September 1989.
