Road Re-Alignment in Waimarino District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, Wellington—

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in the Crown, and, pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953, shall form part of State Highway No. 4:

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and declares that—

(i) The area marked “A” shall be added to the cemetery reserve described in the Third Schedule hereto:

(ii) The area marked “B” shall be added to the gravel reserve described in Order in Council 1697:

(iii) The area marked “C” shall be added to the scenic reserve described in Gazette notice 415090.2;

(c) Declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto to be taken under section 119 (1), and declares that:

(i) The area marked “D” shall be amalgamated with the scenic reserve described in Gazette notice 415090.2;

(ii) The area marked “E” shall be amalgamated with the gravel reserve described in Order in Council 1697.
