Change of Classification of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Wellington Regional Conservator of the Department of Conservation, hereby changes the classification of that part of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, from a reserve for recreation purposes to a reserve for scenic purposes, subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (a) of the said Act.
