New Brighton Service No. 5/Burnside—Merrin Street service No. 9, licence No. 05838/2. Timetable amendments to allow for bus running times. From New Brighton at 8.21 a.m. amendment to Saturday timetable for a 15 minute service frequency and amendment to the public holiday timetable.

New Brighton service No. 10/Woodward service No. 21 licence No. 05836/02. A 5.45 a.m. service from the city to Burwood Hospital will run to New Brighton via Keyes Road. Other services will be retimed in the interests of school pupils.

Liggins Street service No. 11—Wairakei Road service No. 14 licence No. 05826/02. Timetable amendments to meet the requirements of those referred to in paragraph 1 and timetable alterations necessary to meet bus running times.

Deviate 6 p.m. Christchurch—Dunedin service via Waimate and amend timetable to depart Oamaru 10.15 p.m.—arrive Dunedin 11.55 p.m.
Retime 8 p.m. Christchurch—Invercargill service between Dunedin and Invercargill to depart Dunedin 2.15 a.m.; arrive Invercargill 5.30 a.m.
Retime 8.15 a.m. Invercargill—Christchurch service to depart Invercargill at 8.30 a.m.; arrive Dunedin 12.20 p.m.; depart Dunedin 12.45 p.m.; depart Palmerston 1.40 p.m.
Retime 8.30 p.m. Invercargill to Christchurch service between Invercargill and Dunedin to depart Invercargill at 8.45 p.m.; arrive Dunedin 11.59 p.m.
(b) West Coast
Retime 6.45 a.m. Greymouth—Fox Glacier service Monday, Wednesday and Friday to depart Greymouth at 8 a.m. and arrive Fox Glacier at 12.40 p.m.
Retime 1 p.m. Fox Glacier—Greymouth service Monday, Wednesday and Friday to depart Fox Glacier at 1.30 p.m. and arrive Greymouth at 5.35 p.m.
Both these services to have the right to deviate via the Franz Josef Glacier carpark.
retime 1.45 p.m. Christchurch—Greymouth service Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday to arrive Greymouth at 6.10 p.m.
(c) North Canterbury
To cancel on Sundays only the 8.30 a.m. Christchurch—Hanmer and 3 p.m. Hanmer—Christchurch services.
All effective from 5 November 1989.

The Traffic (Mosgiel Borough and Silverpeaks County) Notice No. 1, 1989
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carne Maurice Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, give the following notice:
Notice
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Mosgiel Borough and Silverpeaks County) Notice No. 1, 1989.
The road specified in the First Schedule is declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The roads specified in the Second Schedule are excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The roads specified in the Third Schedule are declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.
The Traffic (Mosgiel Borough and Silverpeaks County) Notice No. 1, 1981, dated on the 1st day of April 1981, is revoked.
