I, Evan Duncan Innes-Jones with reference to Hammex Corporation Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 6th day of September 1989, I did appoint Jeffrey Nicholas Couch of Auckland, chartered accountant, whose office is at the Ground Floor, GRE House, 12-14 Northcroft Street, Takapuna, Auckland, as receiver and manager of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 10th day of June 1987.
