New Zealand Cement Holdings Sick and Accident Benefit Society

Notice is hereby given that at a special general meeting of the above-named society held on 19 January 1989, the following resolution was passed by the society:

"That the resolution adopted at the special general meeting on 12 December 1988 which proposed the winding up of the society be now confirmed and, accordingly, it is now resolved:

(a) That a declaration of solvency having been filed with the Registrar of Incorporated Societies, the New Zealand Cement Holdings Sick and Accident Benefit Society be wound up;

(b) That Phillip Earl Trounson of Coopers & Lybrand Dunedin, Chartered Accountants, be appointed liquidator."
