Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

Trust Bank Bay of Plenty Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Tauranga, hereby gives notice with reference to Hall Group Developments Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Tauranga, that on the 18th day of January 1989, it appointed Graham Law Ingham and Robert Christopher Malcolm, both of Tauranga, chartered accountants whose office is at the offices of Messrs Ernst & Whinney, Chartered Accountants, Bank of New Zealand Building, 108 Willow Street (P.O. Box 222), Tauranga as receivers and managers of the property of the said Hall Group Developments Ltd., at the request of the said Hall Group Developments Ltd., and under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 20th day of July 1988.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the undertaking, goodwill and all the property and assets, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future and uncalled and unpaid capital (including reserve capital) both present and future of the said Hall Group Developments Ltd.

Osmond Joseph Timney and Agnes Frances Timney give notice that on 19 January 1989, they appointed Wayne Richard Johnson and Lindsay Wallis Moore, receivers and managers of the undertaking and assets present and future of Star Orion Salvage Ltd. pursuant to powers contained in a debenture dated 16 March 1987, a copy whereof was duly registered with the Registrar of Companies at Auckland on 13 April 1987.
